Defrost Heater uses stainless steel 304 as tube material,Filler is resistance high temperature MgO.

The heating wire is CR20Ni80 material, The end is resistance high temperature molded neoprene

There are some types of diameter,6.5MM,8.0MM,8.5MM,9.0MM,10.0MM,11.00MM and so on

And there are difference length according to difference diameter,

Such as diameter 6.5mm, the max length is 2500MM,about the other diameter, the max length is 6000MM

About the defrost heater operating temperature is 0010010 lt;125C degree

We can bend the tube as flexible size as defrost heater according to your requirement
